I am passionate about supporting, inspiring and empowering women to nourish their body, mind and soul as they transition through the highs, lows and body changes of life from maternity and into the menopause.
As a mum myself I understand the challenges of being a mum. I have been there. Having high expectations of what I want to achieve yet putting my own needs at the bottom of the pile. Giving to everyone else and then having nothing left to give back to myself.
As I lean into the perimenopause myself I can relate to physical and emotional symptoms experienced around this mid life stage.Â
Having worked in both the NHS and private sector, and then building my business from a hobby into my full time job working from home, I understand the demands of being a working woman and mum.
I honestly feel coaching has played a huge part in me being able to build my business. Being coached myself throughout this journey really made me passionate about wanting to learn the tools and become a coach myself to empower other women to dream big and pursue their passions and purpose.
I love to create a space forwomen to connect, to prioritise themselves, to exercise, to learn about their body and mind, to heal, to offload. In my classes, I like to form a sense of community so women can find their tribe whilst navigating through the crazy world of motherhood.
As a physiotherapist I assess, treat and work with women to support them to achieve their health and fitness goals whether that be in pregnancy, post partum or mid life.
Physiotherapy
I qualified with a BSc(Hons) Physiotherapy degree in 2000. I am a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. I offer both musculoskeletal and pelvic health Physiotherapy services.
Pilates
I qualified as a Pilates Instructor in 2016. I have trained with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute and have completed the Matwork repertoire, Antenatal and Postnatal course and many more. I love teaching pilates classes and promoting posture, strength and flexibility with pilates postures.
Certified Women’s Coach
I qualified as a Certified Womens Coach In 2022 with One of Many.
I empower women to thrive at home and at work from maternity to menopause.
Through 1:1 and group coaching packages, workshops, corporate coaching and my facebook community I am passionate about empowering women to pursue their passion and purpose and shine their light.

Mummy MOT
I became a Certified Mummy MOT practitioner in 2016. I beleive every women deserves a thorough postnatal assessment after childbirth and all the body changes that this can bring.
